Hello
Thank you for being here.
This space is where I share the story behind the work—what shaped it, what guides it, and the deeper invitation it carries.
Whether you’re here as a fellow traveler, a potential collaborator, or someone sensing the need for change, I’m glad you found your way here.
Tatiana Saliba, founder & mindfulness advocate
My Story
I believe that the deepest change begins within—and that when we do the inner work, it ripples outward into our relationships, our work, our communities, and the world.

My journey weaves through corporate leadership, contemplative practice, and systems thinking. I worked in the "corporate world" at global organizations, and I know the drive, the deadlines, and the complexity of navigating high-pressure environments.
A near-death experience brought everything into sharper focus and split my life in two: the before, and the after. It was a turning point that opened a new chapter—one filled with deeper questions about life, purpose, and what truly matters. During my MBA in Global Strategy and Leadership at McGill University, I explored these questions through a practicum on The Mindful Organization (in 2014, when this conversation was still emerging) to investigate if organizations could indeed be mindful, and choose what is right for the greater good, vs. what is beneficial for some . That inquiry became the thread that has guided my work ever since.
It led me beyond the boardroom and classroom to ashrams, silent retreats, and immersion in various wisdom traditions. I’ve trained in mindfulness-based approaches, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, yogic philosophy, and Buddhist psychology, integrating tools from both ancient practice and modern science.
Throughout my journey, I endeavoured to bring an awakened perspective to my own life and to others, individuals and to organizations. I practiced and taught mindfulness, coached using CBT, and supported mission-driven teams with strategy, operations, leadership, and culture—bringing a more grounded, human-centered approach to the work.
What keeps me anchored is a quiet trust: that there’s something whole, wise, and connected within each of us. And when we make space for that part of ourselves to lead, transformation becomes not just possible, but inevitable.
I do this work because I believe we’re at a pivotal moment—one that asks for a different kind of leadership. Not just at the top, but across every level of life. I want to walk alongside those who feel the call to rise—with presence, with compassion, and with purpose. For the benefit of all.
